Free one-to-one lesson with every new machine
Every new machine purchased from us comes with a free one-to-one lesson with a member of our team. We’ll make sure you know exactly how to get started — threading up, key settings, and anything else you want to go over. Just give us a call to arrange a time that suits you.
Warranty support
All machines we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s full warranty terms. In the unlikely event your machine develops a fault, simply contact us and we’ll arrange everything — including collection from your address if needed, completely free of charge. All warranty work is carried out and the machine returned to you promptly.
We are manufacturer-approved warranty agents for all brands we stock and we are the only official Baby Lock warranty agent in the UK.
Servicing and repairs
We offer full servicing and repairs on all makes and models of domestic sewing machine, overlocker, and embroidery machine. No appointment needed — just bring your machine into our Kings Lynn showroom any time Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 4:30pm, and we’ll give you a price and timescale on the spot.
